Refund policy

When you can get a refund

Within 48 hours of purchase, we will refund your order if:

• the manual does not cover the vehicle, model years or engine listed on its product page
• the file is damaged or will not open, and we cannot fix the problem or send you a working copy
• you were charged more than once for the same order

When a refund does not apply

Because a digital file cannot be returned once it has been downloaded, we cannot refund an order simply because the manual is no longer needed, or a request made more than 48 hours after purchase. Please check the coverage on the product page, or ask us before you buy if you are unsure the manual fits your car.

How to request a refund

Send us a message through our contact page with your order number, the email address used at checkout and a short description of the problem. We may ask for your VIN or a screenshot so we can first try to send you the correct or working file.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. How long the money takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.

Free owner's manuals

Owner's manual links on this site go to manufacturers' own free copies, so there is nothing to purchase or refund.
